The Pokemon Masters League is a League Knockout system where 16 entrants are placed into 4 groups of 4 in a Round Robin style tournament. Depending on the interest of the Tournament, I may raise the number of entrants higher than 16. Top two from each group will then advance to the Knockout Stages with the winner declared Masters Champion.
The rules are simple...:
A copy of either Pokemon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum is required. Wi-Fi must be setup according to Nintendo DS and Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum jargon crap.
You can visit any random Pokemon Centre that has the Colosseum feature upstairs (including the Elite Four building), yes it has Wi-Fi settings, I have checked. You must then select Single Battle in the “Battles For Two” section, once there, select “no restrictions”.
Your Pokemon must be at the minimum of level 40 to the maximum of level 70. There will be no legendary Pokemons in your squad. Evolved Pokemon’s are allowed (including Eevee's).
There will be two points for a win and no points for a loss. In an event of a draw where both competitior’s remaining last Pokemon faints due to moves such as Explosion or Self Destruct, you are required to take a re-match as soon as possible, please retain yourself from using those moves in the tournament. The winner of the rematch will earn themselves two points.
In the event of 2nd and 3rd Place tied on points, a Sudden Death Three Pokemon Squad match will decide who takes the last remaining spot in that particular group.
The Group Stages and Knockout draws will be randomised and not seeded.
A maximum of five Pokemon per match (including the Knockout Stages) is required. No more, no less.
You are allowed to replace two Pokemons in your current squad so if Murkrow isn’t worth using anymore, you can replace him with another Pokemon within lv40-lv70. You are allowed to do this after the Group Stages are finished. If you do choose to do this during the Knockout Stages, you can only do it once and once only.
Please write down your 5 Pokemon Squad along with your TF username and Character name when you decide to sign up.
This signup will be open for a week, maybe more if I feel there aren’t enough people interested. If possible please advertise this tournament (alongside with this site) wherever you feel it’s appropriate to do so. I want to try and make this tournament bigger than the last one.
I will speak to either Jayse or Michel with regards to what prizes we can hand out to the eventual winners.

There is no deadline so ignore that part in the orginial post, this is to give members some quality time to train up their Pokemon's without having the constant pressure of "we need participants by this day" XD
Please include your Friend Code when you are applying. Thanks
