Good news is I'm feeling much better, and my bruises are healing rather rapidly. Bad news is they're keeping me in the hospital until Friday afternoon; I'm forcing them to release me earlier than expected because I'm scheduled to go to New York City with my college to see Phantom of the Opera (can't wait- time #5!)

Okay, so I am going away again this summer. Just like last summer, I have accepted a job working with Box 5 Productions again this summer and being a part of the 2009 DCI Summer Tour (@DCI_Tour (http://www.twitter.com/DCI_Tour)) so I'll be gone from May 26th to August 9th. I will be working with mostly Santa Clara Vanguard (@SCVanguard (http://www.twitter.com/SCVanguard)) this summer. It will be my first time out to California and my first time flying on a commercial plane. It all starts for me on Tuesday the 26th when I head down to Carolina Crown (@CarolinaCrown (http://www.twitter.com/CarolinaCrown)) Spring Training for Box 5 Training with all the other employees. Then, on the 31st, early in the morning, I head to Charlotte and fly to California. I fly from Charlotte to Phoenix, AZ and then to San Jose, CA.

I am looking forward to being back out on the road again. Last summer was the most amazing summer of my life. I hope this summer will be even better.

I will be updating my Twitter at least once a day, but you can also check out my Blogger account for more in-depth accounts of the happenings on this Summer tour.

I will be taking a leave of absence from TF until further notice. This was a tough decision for me, but four factors came into play:
1) I'm not on very much anyway, nor do I know most of the lot here.
2) I work at a summer arts camp from 8-4, and it wears me down really easily.
3) Along those same lines, from now until next Sunday, I am in a local production of "Bye Bye Birdie" that has me being very active, and taking on three different roles.
and perhaps the most difficult reason to explain:

4) This is something I generally try to keep to myself; not many of you may know this about me. In September 2005, my Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer. She went into remission in March 2006, but unfortunately, the cancer came back a few months later. I am sad to report that, after nearly 2 years of radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery, my Mom is on her deathbed. She will likely be passing away before I go back to college for my Junior year. I kindly ask that you all keep my Mom, the rest of my family, and I in your thoughts and prayers because...I am not sure how strong I can be in this tragic circumstance.

So I wanna share something with you guys. I may have cancer. I don't really wanna say where yet until I know for sure but I've been having problems the past month or so. We're expecting to go to the doctors on Friday...

Some of you may or may not have seen the drama but I hurt a lot of people and for that I'm sorry. The one in particular is someone I care deeply about and should have never did what I did. But it happened and I can't change it. I can try and say sorry and hope things would go back but it's not that easy. I said horrible evil things that I should have never uttered.

I need some time away.... I'm going away for at least a month. I truly hope the things I said doesn't change how you think of me. I've been a bit depressed lately and I guess my outburst was a cry for help. And I'll find help, don't worry.

So please, all of you. Just try and forget what happened and remember me as I was. Cause that's the Dan you will see when I return. I promise to all of you that.

Jayse, look man I said some horrible things to you that I deeply regret. Your right. The things I said were ironic, but other words should have never been said. I don't know how to say sorry enough for that but I hope you can forgive me.

I had to take my computer back because the guy that fixed it neglected to bring back programs that came with the cpu when I got it and he charged a arm and a leg. Not only that, for some reason I lost the ability to go on the net.

I am on my sisters cpu and I should get mine back tomorrow. It messed up on Sunday night so that is where I have been this week. >.< *kick's bad luck in the nuts*
