Before you read I would like you to know this story is ignoring the events of DBGT and pretending they are NOT going to happen.
Four short years after Goku leaves to train Oob, Vegeta begins to have thoughts of what will become of his once proud race after he and Goku pass on to the next world. He looks about and notices the only offspring of Saiyans are halflings who have no pride or drive to fight. Gohan is working on becoming a professor, Trunks is more interested in exploring and having fun, and Goten is nothing but a young horny teenage boy. Suddenly Pan pops into his mind but quickly dismisses her aility as she is only 4th blood. Vegeta then has a spark of ingenious and quickly decides to head to Kame's Lookout to ask for the DragonBalls. Knowing quite well Dende would not let him take them without giving him a reason he decided to sneak into the InerSanctom where they were held. Vegeta immediatly begins to stuff the balls into the bag he had brought with him and immediatly departs. Vegeta, finally reaching a secluded spot recited the mystic chant and summoned Shenron who beheld him and asked Ominously "Was it you who awakened me from my slumber?". Vegeta looked at him and replied "No! It was the 4 inch man beside me! Of course it was me you overgrown snake! "What are your 3 wishes?" was the Dragon's reply. "I want Planet Vegeta to
be restored to its former glory before Frieza put an end to it!" "Wise choice of words Saiyan, to restore to former glory requires me to revive all inhabitants, the power needed will use 2 wishes, is this allright?" Shenron asks. "Of course, I have one more wish then I thought I'd have at this point (editors note: Vegita believed 1 wish
for planet and 2 for Saiyans), for my final wish, I want all Saiyans to have power like they have never imagined!!" "So shall it be" Shenron said familiarly.The DragonBalls then rose into the sky and turned to thir pale, grey-granite form and shot to the four corners of the Earth.
This is just the first Chapter, interested in what will happen next? Vote below and then post your opinions. I will always back read my own stories and try to avoid plotholes as much as possible. I would also like to clarify why I am ignoring GT, it has way too many continuity errors and inconsistencies with DBZ and it won't sit well in a fanfic where I am going to try and avoid those errors myself.
