Kamen Rider OOO's Rumor and Scan's thread

Double isn't even half over yet, but that's not stopping rumors about the next series from coming in. So with that said, here's what Dukemon22 recently posted on his blog (http://tokuinsider.blogspot.com);


-The new rider, after Double, is rumored to have a constellation motif. What's more, it is rumored to once again be a series that has 13 riders, which I can see as being feasable. If you have each rider based on a constellation, there's 12 right there.

-The new rider is said to appear in the Summer Movie Event of this year. The event is said to be split into 3 seperate features- Goseiger's movie, Double's Movie, and something called "7 Riders", which could be an old-style team up of the riders from say Decade-Double, + the newbie. More rumors as they come.

I guess with Kamen Rider and Sentai no longer being somewhat synced up like they were in previous years, now would be the time when we start to get the iffy rumors for the next Rider series. Either way start taking your grains of salt now.

If the constellation motif holds true anyone want to make a bet those 13 constellations will be the zodiac belt? There are twelve signs recognized in astrology but there is a thirteenth constellation in that same belt. It would be almost too perfect of a common theme to pass up and kind of obvious but then again they could go ahead and use non-zodiac constellations. There are 88 constellations in all so we'll see what happens.

# Episode Red: Zero no Star Twinkle
Revolves around Yuuto and Airi. Yuuto must connect a rail that becomes interrupted in the future. This can be seen as "Zeronos' Final Battle."
# Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is NEWtral
Revolves around Kotaro, and deals with his family issues. Kotaro's father (and Ryotaro's son) is introduced, and Ryotaro and Kotaro become split on a decision they have to make. Red and Blue together are to be viewed as sequels to the television storyline.
# Episode Yellow: Treasure DE End Pirates
An Extra-Chapter of sorts. To be viewed as a true Cho Den-O sequel. The Den-O characters must team up with Diend in an effort to get Ryotaro back to where they came from. The "Rider who misinterprets time" (maybe G Den-O?) appears. When the great battle begins, the other riders from Decade and from Double appear to help. This episode also features Kamen Rider DiEnd Complete Form.All I can say is, I can't wait to see the first one because it seems like the actual ending to the tale from the series. Here's hoping Airi finally gets her happy ending. :thumbsup

They need to tell me who actually married Ryutaro because . . . that is a mystery to me. O_O Somebody actually married him. XD Only girl I could think of is the one who went to school in Europe but it could just as easily be a character we will never see.

-A rumor popped up stating the name "Kamen Rider Regulus"

-"Regulus" is one of the brightest stars in the constellation Leo

-The next Kamen Rider Series rumors noted that the motif would be constellation based, and there would be a total of 13 riders

Another rumor has popped up for the 2010 Rider


-The 2010 rider will change forms via medals. These forms will be represented with different groups of animals. There are 3 medals in each group changing the head, torso/arms, and legs of the rider. The medals are distinguised via lines. 1-lined medals change the head, 2-lined medals change the body/arms, and 3-lined medals change the feet.

-One of his base forms, pictured above, is "Field Form", represented by Lion, Tiger and Cheetah

-Insect Form is composed of a Stag Beetle, Mantis and Butterfly

-A Bird Form is also available

-Eyes are green

-Belt has a signal display

Well Dukemon did state at RB (and possibly at HJU as well) to take the images/drawings/sketches with a grain of salt however he also added that the drawings are based off of descriptions and possible concept art of how the next Rider may end up looking... Or something like that...

These pictures are fan drawings based on leaked info from what is the "usual source" The info, at least, can be trusted to a degree, since this poster has proven to be write many times before, (kiva, go-on, shinken, decade, double and gosei rumors all came from him), but it still requires a grain of salt until official press photos are out.

Yeah the visualization of the concept is sound.

It's just that image is way to fanarty/busy to be a reasonably well designed suit. The excess claws will have to go, mostly likely along with the claw feet. The camo like area is workable, but I expect things to be shifted to be more like one solid color per section.

It's 3 animals per form, but the animal species can't intermix:

Field Form- Big Cats

Insect Form- Bugs

Bird Form- Birds

For instance, Insect Form has Green Head- Stag Beetle, Red Torso/Arms- Mantis, Yellow Legs- Butterfly


It seems, if these pics are true, all 3 forms utilize the same colors, but they are clearly different animals.

I suppose it's possible down the line to have an all red, all green and all yellow form though.

The rider's new belt. On one side is the "Medal Holder" which stores the Medals (6 medals can be stored at a time.) The other side of the belt has the "Medal Scanner". Its purpose is unknown, but if I had to guess, it's probably similar to Maximum Drive, where a medal is used to activate a finisher. The 3 corresponding Medals for each form seem to be inserted into the belt, and then the buckle is spun.

Hawk (Red)
Tiger (Yellow)
Hopper (Green)

Cheetah (Yellow)
Finish (Black)

Medals are stored in the MedalHolder (could be MedalFolder as well, we'll have to wait and see). The Finish Medal is scanned into the Medal Scanner to activate the finishing move.

-Opposite to the Gaia Memories, the Medals themselves have no electronics. The belt has all the sounds, reading them from the medals installed.


"Medalial Sword"

-Resembles a mix of the RekkaDaiZantou and KingRouzer. Comes with 2 Medals- Stag (Green), and Mantis (Green). There's a Holder in the Blade, and Medals can be loaded in through there. When the medal is set, you can still see it from the outside of the blade. The Holder is opened/close via a lever, and there can be set up to 3 medals, corresponding with the rider's 3 modes-

Sky Form, Field Form, Insect Form.

A combo mode is in existence as well, Tri Form and the base form, which may be activated via the Black Finish Medal.

Apparently, not too many sounds on the sword.

well the Ozu family was a sort of nod to the Wizard of Oz, however for OOO it makes sense that it is Ozu... I mean when you read it out loud, it sounds more like O's then Oz, which makes sense

Okay, my opinion so far... I am a bit mixed atm... I mean I like his design, very Kuuga-ish/Agito-ish, however the colors kind of irks me a bit, I mean he kind of looks like a walking traffic light

The news regarding the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider OOO comes really quick. This includes name and suit confirmation. And now, the actor that will be playing this season's titular hero is finally confirmed!

Shu Watanabe, of the ikemen group, JUNON SuperBoy, will be playing as Hino Eiji, the alter-ego of Kamen Rider OOO. The confirmation was made via TOEI Mobile. I tried searching for shows, including JDramas, that he took part in but with no luck, I couldn't find any. This made me think that Kamen Rider OOO will be his debut acting role.

For the first time, we get hold of Kamen Rider OOO's story and plot:

Hino Eiji has no dreams, no job, no family. He always says, "I don't want anything, and I don't attach to much importance to anything." He is then confronted by a mystery man, and gives him the OOO belt and three medals that can enable him to become the predestined Multi King: Kamen Rider OOO . Assisted by a mysterious organization with ulterior motives, the main character starts to realize what it means "to be alive."

The villains are five different animal groups, who have existed since an unknown time. Their bodies are incomplete, and same with Kamen Rider OOO, they search for the Medals to complete their form. These Kaijin feed off of human lust, and now, have begun physically attacking human beings as well. The mystery man that gave Eiji's belt is one of them.

Even though Kamen Rider OOO haven't started yet, there's an ongoing rumor that the 2nd Rider for this series will be called Kamen Rider Wars (Wozu) and he will be sea themed.

Kamen Rider OOO will start airing on September 5, replacing Kamen Rider W on TV Asahi Ch 5.

Nearly everything I read about this series is making me tear up in rage. from the vending machine crap, to the theortical forms numbering possibly numbering up to the hundreds, and Kobayashi penning the shit.

I gotta be honest I loved Shinkenger to death and Den-O and though I haven't seen Ryuki yet...I have high hopes for this series. Don't get me wrong I like Double but it's no Blade >_>. YES I SAID IT! I loved Blade and that will always be my particular bar for a series. Anyways this new OOO looks cool and I get to say OOO the new sub is up so ha! Also as for the rumor of the second rider though that sounds awesome I wonder how it'll pan out. Wonder what else will surface in the next few weeks.

Looks like the two other Bird Medals are going to be given more importance than first thought, and appear later on in the show. This is probably because Ozu is working for Anch, so maybe he gets the other medals from him. Toy pics should be out soon.


Perhaps it's sort of like Fang Joker - nominally it's another form that uses a component that's been there since the beginning (Joker, the Hawk Medal), but having it complete is significantly more powerful. In the meantime, we'll have the Insect set, the Cat set and the Bruiser set.

The info actually states just that, an early-to-mid season power up of sorts. It's my guess that the full-forms of each set are very powerful. The greeds want the medals to complete their bodies, so I assume a "complete body" for Ozu is like a true form change.This might be how they plan to get away with all these forms, by calling them combos.

Anothe rumor states the 2nd Rider may have medals based on mythical creatures.

Double switches forms when it suits him like for example he's fighting an Ice Dopant, time to use a Heat/Metal or Heat/Trigger or even Heat/joker combo.
